Meditation is the art of becoming both the observer and the intender. To watch things arise and fall away or to inhabit a thing so completely that we become that single point of focus. Healing is what becomes possible when you can hold that space for someone else.
Reiki Healing Sessions
I am a Reiki Master. A Reiki session is hands-off energy work conducted online — you lie down, I work, and the distance is not an obstacle to the transmission. People come for anxiety, grief, chronic pain, creative blocks, spiritual crisis, or simply because they sense something is out of alignment and want to let it move.
Each session is 60 minutes. We'll check in beforehand and afterward. Most people feel a shift within 1-3 sessions.
Reiki Attunement & Training
If you want to learn Reiki yourself — not just receive it — I offer attunements for all three levels. Each attunement is a transmission that opens you to work with Reiki energy at that level, accompanied by the teaching and practice you need to actually use it.
All sessions held online via video call. Payment via Ko-Fi or Stripe. Sliding scale available — just ask.
